Cios Installer Wiimote Disconnects
Nov 1, 2015 - Launch d2x-cios-installer from HBC. Expected: I can use Wiimote to press A (or any button else) to pass the welcome screen. Wii wad manager problem? Yes unfortunately every other ios causes my wiimote to disconnect.thanks though. Install cIOS 249 next.
Tbh I`ve softmodded a friends Wii with 'IOS236 Installer' and 'YAWM Multimod Batch' and everything went well. But then sometime (I don`t know what they did to the Wii) the cIOS wasn`t working anymore and I tried to reinstall it via cIOS Installer but when I tried it I had the same Problem you are having: The Wiimote disconnects when pushing A. I tried everything.
Different cIOS Installer, reinstalling IOS236. Long story short the only thing that worked for me was to redo 'YAWM Multimod Batch'. I don`t know if this helps you but this did it for me.

First al all Congratulations!!! The app is great, is pretty, useful, and simply to use. You done a great job. Thank you so much!! But, I have a suggestion. The adding of Mono support to the app. Not all the people have a Stereo TV, he almost have Mono (yes, I have a very old TV).
The problem is that when I’m listening to a song, or a Movie, only sounds one channel, and this is horrible. My Wii is set to Mono, but no HB app have Mono support. I hope you understand my suggestion and take it.
PD: I sorry about my english, I still learning. I’m the UI artist for WiiMC, and those screenshots on other sites were just mockups – they were never implemented on the Wii in any way.
We changed the original design because it just wouldn’t translate to a good experience on the Wii. The goal was to create a great-looking interface without getting in the way of the functionality of WiiMC, and some of the mockups just wouldn’t make sense in a real-world situation. I’m happy with the end result – it strikes a good balance between design and functionality. Thanks for the fix team, my USB drive is now working, great work. Issues I have found, movies DVDs won’t load (fails with a core dump, I reinstalled CIOS 202 just in case, but that didn’t do the trick), online media also failed while loading. I’m loading the app from the USB drive (no SD card) and it says it can’t save the configuration file when changing settings.
Video, Music and Pictures working perfectly with NTFS and FAT32 USB drives, interface working flawlessly. Files load awesomely fast, compared to MPlayerCE, navigation is much, much simpler and nicer. Some suggestions (if time allows for them): – Add an audio visualization system like WiiRadio when music is played – Audio folder playback (play all the music in a folder) or add an option to select all files in a folder to add them to the playlist Great job, thank you all for your efforts. Hi there, AWESOME!
But I have one big wish: When in a folder with several videos, could you please make an option to play all the vids in a row automatically, without alway having to select the next file, when a the current one is done? Just like it’s done with audio files. And that would be even more better, if the cache would start to fill up with the next file, when the current one is about to end – so that there would no “Caching file” delay! П™‚ But whatsoever: Thank you!

That’s ahellovan app! Hey Everyone!!! My name is Bill and I work with Team Navi-X on the Navi-X Online Media section available in WiiMC. Congratulations to Team WiiMC and their great contributions to the Wii community!! Undoubtedly they will bring just as much, if not more excitement to the Wii console then XBMC has for the Xbox!!
On behalf of Team Navi-X, we are excited and eager to see WiiMC expand and grow rapidly among Wii users as the primary source for all your media center needs!! For those unfamiliar with Navi-X available in online media for WiiMC, check out for more details. I don’t want to beat a good thing to death, but Navi-X is the best thing to happen to online media since internet! Now, you all have the ability to build your own WiiMC compatible playlists instantly for online hosting and sharing of direct links to video and audio content on the internet!! If WiiMC can play the file format, you can not only organize your playlists of links, but you can archive them for sharing of content with other WiiMC users!! Currently, my playlist has the vast majority of all episodes from AdultSwim.com ready and available for you all to playback instantly from the internet, and best of all, this benefit is free If you browse to Navi-X in the Online tab for WiiMC, then browse to the full user list, you will see iRoNBiLL’s Playlist available click episodes then select the show you want to watch and more then likely, you will see my unusually large list of Adult Swim episodes linked directly from AdultSwim.com’s website.

This is just the beginning of the kind of content you can access in Navi-X!! There are currently major differences in how Navi-X the online section and how Navi-X, the original application work but in short, Navi-X on WiiMC can currently play direct links to video and audio files and streaming playlists anything else will be a work in progress, including movies, certain tv shows and other popular material in Navi-X, like YouTube, ShoutCAST and iTunes Podcasts. With luck, we will find some programmers to port over our application coding into WiiMC and be able to simulate popular operations in WiiMC, just like Navi-X does, giving you access to more and more content eventually. I’m so excited to begin working with the leaders in Wii media center development, Team WiiMC and we can’t wait until we can offer even more content and features we currently have in the Online Media portal for Navi-X we currently offer!
